Hello again....

I wanted to take this time out to explain exactly what to expect while attending Winter Ski Fest 2026!

Winter Ski Fest starts officially on Friday, January 16, 2026 and ends on Monday, January 19, 2026.

Those dates are covered in the prices quoted for this trip.

The official Winter Ski Fest 2026 Pre party will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026 In Atlanta, GA.

This is not covered in the package you purchased for this trip.  Separate arrangements need to be made should you decide to attend the pre party. (Highly Recommended for you to have the full ski trip experience) 

We have a pre party hotel you can book at if you should decide to come to the pre party. We also provide a free shuttle service to and from the pre party, when you book with us at the pre party hotel.

On Friday, January 16, 2026, Winter Ski Fest 2026 Officially starts!!!

There are a few ways you can book this trip. You can opt to provide your own transportation, or you can start your trip with us in ATL and we will provide Transportation for you.

The trip is held in Pigeon forge, Tenn.

We have party buses that load in ATL and take you to and from Tenn. (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THE FULL EXPERIENCE)

I have my own bus (Innmate bus) If you want, you can ride on my bus! Reminder, there are over 2500 people on this trip! They will try their best to put you on my bus. If you are placed on another bus, it's fine, you will still have a great time up until you get to Tenn.

When you get to Tenn. Your bus will drop you off at your hotel and the festivities will begin.

Note: When you check in, they will give you your weekend itinerary.
